Beverlywood Top Property: Turn Key Family Home and Great Offer with FHA Financing and a True Chef’s Kitchen
by Jenny Savitsky on January 31, 2012Unlike last week, only three homes were on caravan today in the Beverlywood area. My Beverlywood top property for this week is 1909 S. Crest Drive.
I actually saw this home over the weekend and was very impressed with the condition and the price. The home is 3 bedrooms plus 3.5 baths and is listed for $939,000. The home was buzzing with potential buyers on Sunday and I wouldn’t be surprised if the home had multiples offers this week. The home definitely has curb appeal and is what realtors say in “Turn Key” condition. I also really like the backyard and how they sellers used the space.
The runner up is definitely 1843 Stearns Drive. The seller of the home is the former owner of the New School of Cooking in Culver City and as you would guess, the kitchen is unique – a true chef’s kitchen with many unique touches (like the toolbox she uses to house her utensils). This home is full of love and unique touches like the wonderful herb garden in the backyard. Priced at just $585,000 this home is great for a first time buyer or someone who wants to downsize. Also worth mentioning, because of the price this home qualifies for FHA financing. One lucky buyer could own this home with as little as 3% down.
